Delete your account

Submitting this form sends a request to permanently delete your GoTransport account. Once processed, your login credentials and personal contact details are removed and you will no longer be able to sign in.

What is deleted: your login, contact name, email, phone, and device/notification tokens. What is retained: invoices and order records that we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting purposes; these are deleted or anonymized once that obligation ends.

You can also request deletion from inside the app: Account → Delete Account. Our team will review your request and confirm by email.
