1. The Service

GoTransport provides a platform for business customers to track shipments and orders, view invoices, and receive related notifications. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate, complete information when registering.
• New accounts may require verification and activation by our team before full access is granted.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• The Service is intended for business use, not for consumers acting for personal purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or misuse the application except as permitted by law.

4. Invoices & payment

Invoices shown in the Service reflect amounts recorded in our billing systems. Payment terms, methods, and any disputes are governed by your separate commercial agreement with GoTransport. The Service is provided for visibility and convenience and is not itself a payment processor.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by GoTransport and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoTransport will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

8. Termination & account deletion

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time from within the app (Account → Delete Account) or via our account deletion request form. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. Certain records may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Beirut, Lebanon will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
